Inside the MusicXPC there is space for one 5.25" device and two 3.5" devices. Each MusicXPC comes with a DVD-CDRW Combo drive and two ATA-133 7200rpm Hard Drives. These are housed in a detachable chassis which makes installing and removing storage devices a breeze. So in terms of internal expansion the machine is already filled with devices right out of the box.



PCI: The inclusion of a PCI slot means instant expandability using hundreds of existing audio interfaces and DSP cards. PCI has been the standard way of moving large amounts of audio to and from the computer system. Simple innovation like a rubber button on the chassis, ensure that your PCI card doesn't touch the power supply and create a short. The MusicXPC is small and will house virtually all 7" PCI cards.

AGP: For those who want access to the world of high performance video, the MusicXPC includes an 8X AGP slot for expanding with AGP video cards. If you are working with digital video, nothing can be more important than an AGP slot. The C2 comes with a 64MB video card which is fanless and dead quiet.

Ports: The many ports on the outside of the MusicXPC mean almost limitless expansion capability for adding hard drives and audio interfaces. See PORTS for more details.
